Assessment of physical condition
|
1. Using a series of barriers of photoelectric cells, the partial and/or accumulated traveling times that take place in any sport are recorded. Reports are generated to compare the progress of times both in successive series in the same training session or over time during different stays at the centre. These measurements can be complemented by video recording the tests for subsequent qualitative analysis of technique. |
Through a Newtester contact platform, we record different jump protocols: CMJ, SJ, DJ, AbJ, and even multi-jumps in certain periods of time: 15", 30", 45". etc. depending on the athletic specialty towards which this assessment protocol is oriented. Thanks to a programming routine designed for the purpose, it is possible to deliver results to trainers as soon as the tests are completed.
Using a simple program (ATD) the articular width is quantified by analyzing the video recordings of the movement to be submitted to study.

Acceltec: a precise accelerometer that allows measurements on two axes, for recording the force, power, speed and acceleration of any exercise carried out with both the lower and upper body. In the same way, an adapted goniometer gives information on the variation of the articular angles throughout the movement. The software that manages it checks the athlete's progress over time, establishing their muscular profile, checking possible imbalances between limbs and between agonist and antagonist muscles. An advanced software program for customizing tests according to the trainer's requirements. |

Analysis of Sports Technique
|
Using state-of-the-art HDV cameras, the movement is recorded on the front and sagittal planes, both sequences are synchronized and they are presented mixed into a single image. This allows the technique to be viewed in detail and the recorded images are subsequently offered, along with a full report on the main technical errors. |

Both inside the centre and at outdoor events, we record the movements submitted for study by calibrating the space in order to offer time and speed data afterwards and the relevant reports derived from this data. | |

All protocols may be slightly modified if the trainer requires. Contributions from trainers will allow us to develop new protocols for application with their athletes. At all times, it will be a question of the trainers participating by collaborating during the holding of the test days.
